Brief：Menara AIA Central is one of the prominent 45 storey highrise corporate tower located at the centre of Kuala Lumpur CBD area . The building built-up area is 21,644 square feet. The building was built in 1990 and is currently the 47th tallest building in Malaysia. The building was built to operate using water cooled package units (WCPU) for about 30 years. After years of operation, the HVAC system is retrofitted to upgrade using Hisense water cooled VRF with the EER efficiency up to 5.82. Existing cooling towers and pumps are remain in use.
